Tom Chenault is a 28 year veteran of the MLM profession and is a successful top earner. Having been a successful corporate airplane salesman and stockbroker, Tom just couldn't wrap his arms around the skill sets necessary to build and keep a big organization. Tom thought he could bully and buy his way to success, just like in corporate America. He admits, it doesn't work in this profession. You have to inspire and love people. Tom has been a passionate supporter and vocal advocate for the network marketing profession for decades, and has served in the ANMP Board for multiple years, where he currently serves on the board as a director. He has also been a board member of the MLMIA (Multi-Level Marketing International Association). Tom hosts the longest running home based business radio show in the world. Tom has been the voice of Home Based Business and Network Marketing since 1999.

Denice Chenault's path to success was fueled by a lifelong passion for personal development. As a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Communications, Denice had many conventional jobs while continuing her quest to empower human beings, specifically women. She worked globally with the Dreikurs Relationship Centers as a facilitator for helping people become their better selves. It was when she embraced Network Marketing as a way to fuel her passion and her mission in life that her true self was able to emerge. She has spent the last seventeen years developing herself and her craft to be able to effectively help other people do the same. She hasn't stopped "doing the work" herself and is massively committed to the people she serves.

Tom and Denice live in Longmont, Colorado and have three adult children. They have been featured on numerous stages, including Eric & Marina Worre’s GoPro Events, and in numerous articles and books, including The Four Year Career. They enjoy traveling the world as ambassadors for the profession and supporting their large MLM organization.
